Festival Stage
Vendors are asked to pay for their booth
up front. The event has been lax on this in the past and this
year we ask all vendors to pay for their booth up front.
Please email photos of your work to the appropriate director. Flute and flute related vendors should send there photos to Pat Haran. All other vendors should send there photos to Lee Wach. Photos should be approximately 450 pixels in size.
A vendor confirmation will be emailed to you upon your acceptance which is usually completed within a week or so if not days. If you have any questions about your application, feel free to contact the appropriate director below.

Please be sure your vendor information is listed on our
website. This is an excellent opportunity to advertise your product and your booth. Please take advantage of it. If you are a returning vendor we have this
information on file.
If you would like to be included in our website promotion
as a vendor, please contact Marty Lisonbee, our webmaster. Returning vendors may update their
photos and bios if desired.

Tables and Chairs
Tables and chairs are available for rent and must be ordered and paid for up front.
The tables are 8 foot and include 2 chairs. The rental fee is $20 each.
