Please email photos of your work to the appropriate director. Flute and flute related vendors should send there photos to Pat Haran. All other vendors should send there photos to Lee Wach. Photos should be approximately 450 pixels in size.

A vendor confirmation will be emailed to you upon your acceptance which is usually completed within a week or so if not days. If you have any questions about your application, feel free to contact the appropriate director below.

Tables and Chairs

Tables and chairs are available for rent and must be ordered and paid for up front.
The tables are 8 foot and include 2 chairs. The rental fee is $20 each.
